Driver flees after causing head-on accident

A Georgia man is dead following a tragic head-on collision with another motor vehicle. Authorities currently do not have many details concerning the driver who apparently caused the wreck, although the investigation is still ongoing and will likely yield further details in the future. Driver faces charges after fatal hit-and-run pedestrian accident

It is not uncommon for a wrongful death claim to be filed by the surviving family members of a pedestrian who was the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident.
